| 摘 要： | 我国高职院校正在蓬勃发展,对我国经济发展起着举足轻重的作用,为我国社会主义建设输送了大量的高技能人才。但是我国高职院校的教师普遍存在着专业知识、学历结构、实践技能、科研水平等方面跟不上时代发展要求的现象,尤其在我国这样的把英语当作第二语言的国家里,英语教师的发展更是不容乐观。因此,本文将围绕高职院校中英语教师发展现状、发展方向及方法三个方面进行浅析。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational college of our country is developing vigorously,plays a decisive role to economic development of our country,transport a large number of talents with high skills for our socialist construction.But there generally exists the phenomenon of the professional knowledge,educational structure,practical skills,scientific research level of our country’s vocational colleges teachers can not keep up with the development requirements of the times,especially in China that the English as a second language in the countries,the professional development of English teachers is not optimistic.Therefore,this article will focus on the present situation,development direction and method of vocational college English teachers three aspects to analyze. |
