| 摘 要： | 高校应打破那种"传道、授业、解惑"的传统教育理念,构建一种新型的教育管理模式。即培养学生自主学习、个性发展,激发学生的创新性思维;用先进的教育理念来更新教师的教学思维和知识结构,从而推动教育管理模式的创新。文章主要以高校教育管理的理论和原则为出发点,来探究当今我国各大高校教育管理存在的主要问题,并据此提出相关的建议。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities should break the traditional education concept,constructing a new pattern of education management.To cultivate students’ autonomous learning,personality development,stimulate students’ innovative thinking;with advanced educational philosophy to update the teaching thinking and knowledge structure,so as to promote a new model of education management.The article mainly from the theory and principle of higher education management as the starting point,to explore the problems in university education management in our country,and put forward the related proposals. |
