| Abstract: | It mainly explores the connotation and practical meanings of college teachers’ autonomous professional development.Meanwhile,the researcher analyzed the situation of secondary college English teachers’ autonomous professional development that occurred in Xinhua College,Ningxia University by way of interviewing.Finally,in view of reality,the researcher proposed three kinds of strategies for them to practice. |
