| 摘 要： | 基于不同物质对鲁米诺化学发光体系有抑制或增强的作用,在一定的范围内有较好的线性关系,能够方便、快速、准确地测定相应物质的浓度,因此鲁米诺化学发光体系在物质检测和研究方面有着广泛的应用。本文对近几年来国内应用鲁米诺在无机物、有机物、生化物质及药物分析中的研究进展进行了简要评述。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that different substances,having inhibition or enhancement effects on Lumino chemoluminescence system,having a good linear relation within a certain range,are able to determine the concentration of correspondingly substances conveniently,rapidly and accurately,so as to Luminol chemoluminescence system has wide applications into material testing and research.In this paper a brief review is presented on research progress on the domestic application of Luminol in inorganic or organic substance,allelochemical and pharmaceutical analysis in recent years. |
