| 摘 要： | 同行评审是学术期刊的基本特征之一。在稿件交付同行评审、处理审稿意见的过程中,编辑的作为非常重要。在编辑与同行评审专家的关系中,编辑是主体,编辑的职责在于将同行评审的意见建设性地使用到论文的处理过程中去。体现编辑作为最基本的方式是有效的沟通,良好的沟通能力有助于实现编辑的作为。

| Abstract: | Peer review is one of the essential characteristics of the science and technical journals.The abilities and talents of the editors in peer-reviewing of a research paper are of significant importance.The editors are regarded as the principal part compared with the peer reviewers.The editors are responsible for constructively adopting the comments submitted by the reviewers.An effective exchange is the basic method to reflect the abilities and talents of the editors. |
