摘    要:本文论述了微格教学在培养师范生职业技能方面所起的作用,微格教学是将复杂的教学过程中的多种教学技能进行科学的分类,再针对某一具体教学技能专门训练,突出授课过程的教学行为。通过微格教学的训练,为在校师范生提供教学实践的机会,使他们头脑中逐步建立有意义的教学概念,提高他们的教学技能,使他们成为具有高素质合格教师。

Abstract:The paper states the significance of microteaching in improving Normal School students' professional skill. Microteaching is used to classify multi teaching skills in complicated teaching course, and then a concrete teaching skill is trained. Trough train microteaching, students are offered opportunity of practice, so that sound teaching concepts come into being in their minds. It can improve their teaching skill and make them become qualified teachers.
