| 摘 要： | 从系统论角度，运用社会调查、逻辑推理等方法对长株潭体育一体化发展的基本内涵、历史条件与现实意义、工作思路与总体目标、基本任务与保障措施进行了深层次的阐述，认为长株潭体育一体化发展是三市体育要素由各自相对独立的区域空间向整合的区域空间转化的动态过程，在这个过程中，要解决好资源分割、重复建设、地方保护、行政封锁等一系列政策问题。
