| 摘 要： | 养老保险制度是社会保障体系的重中之重,在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,其作用也是明显的。但由于历史原因,我国现行的养老保险制度还存在很多缺陷和不足。文章从养老保险制度的历史发展出发,分析了我国养老保险制度存在的主要问题及成因,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The endowment insurance system is the most important of social security systems,and it works remarkably in the process of building harmonious society of socialism.Due to the history of China's economy development,there exist many limitations in present endowment insurance system.Based on studying China's history of endowment insurance system,the author analyzes the main problems and the causes,and brings forward corresponding countermeasures. |
