| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，从效率和效益的角度，对我国竞技武术训练体制原有模式进行探析。发现其阻碍了竞技武术的高度发展，不利于竞技武术走向奥运舞台。提出了我国社会转型期竞技武术训练体制“三线四级”管理新模式的构想。

| Abstract: | In the light of efficiency and benefit, this study explores and analyzes the present training system of competitive Wushu in China by the methods of historical analysis, model analysis and logic analysis. On this base, the model of training system for Chinese competitive Wushu in the transformation period is newly constructed. The new the three line and four step model theoretically resolves the problems in the system, which have puzzled the Wushu workers for a long time and provides references for the management. |
