| 摘 要： | 中国式摔跤是我国一项古老的民族体育运动项目 ,它具有很强的技巧性、健身性和表演性 ,特别适合大众健身和比赛表演 ,深受我国广大群众的喜爱。随着我国全民健身运动的开展 ,应该大力扶持这支民族体育的奇葩 ,使之重现勃勃生机 ,为全民健身和我国民族体育走向世界竞技体育舞台做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The Chinese Wrestling is a old national sports item in China, which has its own characteristics in skill, exercise and performance . The Chinese Wrestle is beloved by the Chinese peoples, because it is fit for exercising and playing a match especially. Today the Chinese Wrestle must be energetically supported as a rare flower of national sports while the national fitness plan is developing, which will be contributive for Chinese national sports to go to the world. |
