| 摘 要： | 发展高等职业技术教育是成人高校改革的方向，也是进行结构调整的必然趋势。现阶段成人高校就是要改革学校的培养模式，调整培养目标，并通过深化教学改革，制定科学的教学计划、能力培训计划和教学大纲，加强实践性教学环节，实行校企联合办学，使教学内容和方法适应高等职业技术教育的特点和发展要求。

| Abstract: | Developing high professional and technique education are the direction of colleges and universities' reform, also are the necessity of processing configuration adjust. At present, the training patterns must be reformed in adult high colleges. We should also adjust the aim of education, deepen the reform of educational methods and constitute the scientific teaching plans, ability training plans and teaching outlines. Strengthening the practical links of teaching will be adapted with the characteristic and demand of high professional and technique education. We are also concentration on the united way of running a college. All the efforts we have done are to serve the economic construction of Gansu province and the great development of west areas. |
