| 摘 要： | "双师素质"教师队伍建设,是全面提高职业技术教育教学质量的关键,是实现高职院校人才培养目标,突出高职教育特色,提高专业教师队伍整体素质的有效途径。该文分析解读了高职院校"双师素质"内涵建设,并结合湖北省示范性职业院校立项建设单位——鄂州职业大学在教师队伍建设中存在的问题,探讨了加强"双师素质"教师队伍建设的一系列可行性措施。
