| 摘 要： | 对河南省144所中学体育法规实施的现状进行了调查，分析研究了学校体育工作中立法、执法、守法和法律监督等过程中存在的问题，为健全学校体育法制提出相应的对策，以加快学校体育依法管理的进程。

| Abstract: | This essay expands on results for executing physical education law and rule in 144 middle schools in Henan province and analyses the existing questions in the process of legislation, law enforcement, lawabidingness and law supervision. It suggests corresponsive methods for constituting physical education law and rules for schools, aiming at speeding up the process of teaching management of physical education according to law and rules. |
