| 摘 要： | 大学时期是学生进入社会的最后阶段,如何培养出顺利融入社会的大学生,是高校需要认真思考的问题。影响大学生社会化的高校因素主要有社会实践、学生社团和班委、思想政治教育与心理教育、高校校园文化等。应认真做好社会实践工作,加强社团实践活动;优化高校思想政治教育,促进学生政治社会化;开设心理健康课程,促进大学生心理的社会化;加强建设和谐校园文化,重视营造优良宿舍文化;推动大学课程教学改革,促进课程教学社会化;认真做好就业指导工作,帮助学生树立正确的择业和就业观。

| Abstract: | University is the final stage before the students enter the community, how to prepare college students for the community is an issue that the colleges and universities should take into serious consideration. So- cial practice, student clubs and class leadership, ideological and political education and psycho-educational, cam- pus culture are the main factors affect the students socialization on the part of school, we should earnestly work of social practice, and to strengthen the league practice activity; optimize the ideological and political education, pro- moting students＇ political socialization; mental health courses, to promote the socialization of the students＇ psycho- logical; strengthen the building of a harmonious campus culture, the importance of building a good dormitory cul- ture; promote the reform of university teaching, and promote the socialization of teaching; earnestly employment guidance to help students establish a correct concept of career and employment. |
