| 摘 要： | 力学原理广泛地运用在篮球技术当中，不论是徒手篮球技术动作，还是持球篮球技术动作，都需要力作为动力，用动力来调控篮球技术动作的速度、力量、方向和距离，帮助篮球运动员完成篮球技术动作。教练员可以通过录相了解篮球运动员，完成篮球技术动作的基本情况，分析指导其尽快地掌握和运用篮球技术的动作。

| Abstract: | Dynam is widely applied in basketball art.Both empty-handed art movement and ball-in-hand art movement need force as dynam to control speed,power,direction,and distance,and to help player complete on art movement.The coach could learn the basic case about the player's applying of force and art movement by watching video to analyze and guide him master basketball art movement as soon as possible. |
