| Abstract: | Han An is the first person to raise the motion to set up the National Central Library.The National Central Library is set up in time to meet the social demands and has improved the development of the national education and culture.Although the National Central Library exists only for a short time,it takes an important role in promoting the protection of nation treasure,guiding the national librarianship,taking part in anti-Japanese propaganda actively and managing the international exchange of publications.The National Central Library gives out eternal fragrance in the long history of Chinese librarianship. |
