| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆的建设是未来图书馆现代化的重要标志。在服务技术、手段、环境和对象都已发生根本性变化的同时,图书馆的情报工作人员应进一步明确科技情报服务的目标和任务,大力加强特色数字资源建设,不断提高自身素质,积极开展全方位、深层次的科技情报服务,将是数字图书馆建设过程中应着重解决的问题。

The service technology, means, environment and object have an ultimate change. At the same time, the information staff of library should make clear task and the goal of the information service of science and technology further; build the reinforced characteristic digital resource vigorously; raise self quality continuously; develop the all-directional and deep level information service of science and technology. And these will be the main problems that should be solved in the construction of digital library.</td>
