| 摘 要： | 信息时代,具有自我学习、终身学习的素养与能力要比一个人所掌握的知识与技能的多少重要得多。自我学习、终身学习的能力包括多种,有效地实施个人知识管理是其中极为重要的一项。本文对图书馆员如何实施个人知识管理进行了探讨。
