| 摘 要： | 拳击和武术打击动作因目的和条件不同而存在较大差异，在运动生物力学上又表现为打击力、打击速度、打击质量的不同。笔者对两者进行运动生物力学上的比较，揭示打击的本质过程，以利于运动员对打击动作结构的认识．从而提高训练水平。

| Abstract: | There are more differences between the hitting motions of boxing and wushu because of different aims and condition which manifest differently in many respects, Such as force, speed and quality of hitting, etc. . We have probed the quality of hitting process by compared the two motions in biomechanics. It's very good for the athletes to know the construction of hitting motions and then to improve their training level. |
