| 摘 要： | 从当前的国际形势来看,我国的足球水平与世界上很多的足球强国的水平存在很大的差距,究其原因,最重要的一点就是我国不太重视对于青少年的足球训练,没有形成一个良好的青少年足球训练理念,使足球的后备力量越来越缺乏,造成我国足球事业的落后发展,本文就进一步探讨青少年的足球训练理念,讨论和研究足球后备人才的培养方法。

| Abstract: | From the current international situation,there is a big gap in the Chinese football level and many of the world’s soccer power level,to investigate its reason,the most important point is that China has not paid much attention to youth football training,have not formed a good youth soccer training idea,make the football reserve more and more scarce,so development of China’s football career is backward,this paper will further discuss the concept of youth football training,discusses about the soccer reserve talents cultivation method. |
