| 摘 要： | 工学结合是当前高职院校人才培养的基本模式,这在提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争能力的同时,给学生党建工作带来了许多新问题和挑战。探索基于工学结合模式下的中高职本科一贯制立体式组织发展模式、校企联合培养考察机制等高职院校学生党建工作的新方法、新途径是当下高职院校党建创新的重要工作。

| Abstract: | Learning with working model is a basic talent cultivation way in vocational college.Although it contributes a lot to increase students’ comprehensive ability together with job-hunting competence,it also brings lots of difficulty and challenges for student party construction.Therefore,it is an important job for vocational college to study new ways to satisfy the need in higher and middle vocational education connection and school—enterprise cooperation model. |
