| Abstract: | To cultivate and improve ideological and moral, vocational, cultural, mental and physical quality of the vocational students in the full implementation of this strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and talent has become the most important issue of vocational education. This paper, according to the characteristics of physical education teaching, using the methods of literature, analysis, makes a few suggestions on the implementation of the physical and mental quality education in sports and health courses. |
