摘    要:现代社会的快速发展推动了高职院校的改革进程,同时也为现代人才教育的培养方向指明了道路。产学研教学模式的发展实践正是现代教育催化的产物,同时也是实现高等技术型人才素质提高的一种有效途径,要想实现高职教学改革的培养目标,就要通过相关机制的构建来加以完善,权、利、责是激励机制构建的三大核心,同时也是产学研人才培养模式实现的基础所在,激励机制能够使得院校的教师和学生积极主动地投入到教学改革中来,文章就从激励机制的构建方面来谈谈高职教育产学研结合模式的机制完善。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern society to promote the reform process of the higher vocational colleges,and also points out the way for the development direction of modern education.The development mode of practice teaching is the product of modern educational catalysis,also the realization of an effective way to improve the quality of higher technical talents,in order to realize the training goal of higher vocational teaching reform,we should improve through constructing mechanism,right,responsibility,benefit is the three cores of incentive mechanism construction,at the same time the talent training mode to realize the foundation of incentive mechanism can make the schools,teachers and students to actively into the teaching reform,this article from the construction of higher vocational education to research about the perfect combination model of incentive mechanism.
