| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校教师教育技术能力培训中存在的诸多问题阻碍着教育信息化的进程,Moodle平台在网络教学方面的优势为教育技术培训提供了新思路,文章结合实际介绍了Moodle环境教师教育技术能力培训平台的构建与实现策略。
