摘    要:革除现行教育考试的弊端,充分发挥教育考试引导、促进素质教育和创造教育健康发展的功能,必须逐步弱化政府对教育考试的直接控制与干预,实现教育考试主导权的让渡与转移;要积极探寻、努力构建一种与现阶段社会多元利益主体需求相适应的开放、自主、充满活力、极具适应性和创造性的新的教育考试机制。

Abstract:In order to put a stop to abuses existing in educational exam and to sufficiently exert the guidance, promotion and creation functions towards education, it is necessary to successively decrease the governmental direct/indirect domination and interference on educational exam so as to realize the release and diversion of dominant power in educational exam. It is necessary to positively search and construct a kind of new educational exam mechanism that is open, independence, energetic, and rich in adaptability and crealionary capability, this kind of mechanism is suitable to the demands of plural-interest parts for the present.
