| Abstract: | In view of the current situation of the Hangzhou International Marathon Competition, the paper uses the methods of literature analysis, the expert interview, the Delphi method, the project management and the sport project management theory as the basis, taking competition planning, organization, resource allocation, the handling of emergencies and the track design as study variables, for the purpose of enhancing the level of competition management, and providing a reference for sustainable development of the race. |
