| 摘 要： | 一个经济实体为达到其快速壮大的目标，往往要通过多种形式的市场手段，并购重组便是方式之一。该文通过对企业并购重组的涵义、发展历程、利弊等方面的分析，初步探讨了企业的并购重组问题，并提出了使企业成功实现并购重组的几点建议。
