摘    要:随着微电子技术的不断发展,赋予设备的功能也得到不断强化。而系统的各种功能是依赖其中的核心控制单元可编程控制器来实现,其中电源环节作为提供可编程控制器工作电源的核心部件,其应具备的稳定性和可靠性是设计者考虑的重要指标。本文以纯水供给系统停机故障为例,介绍了由于系统前期设计时未考虑设备运行环境等条件对元器件性能的影响,长期运行后该系统电源环节元器件发生突发故障,导致可编程控制器断电停机事故。通过分析事故现象总结原因,建议同行在设计系统时考虑元器件的运行条件,慎重选型。
