| 摘 要： | 本文以社会资本理论为基础,通过对西安光电子产业集群142家企业进行问卷调查所获数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究.结果表明认知资本、关系资本、位置资本、结构资本对企业知识资源获取、创新绩效有显著影响.所以,企业应重视社会资本,加强知识资源获取,充分利用外部社会资本,获取更多知识资源,实现创新绩效的提高.
