| 摘 要： | 职高学校篮球队伍不断壮大,如何进一步加强球队的管理工作是学校篮球教练员必须思考的问题。在实践中,我们通过教练员以身作则示范引导、确立球队共同目标并营造和谐氛围、强化日常管理等方式,有效地促进了学校篮球运动的发展。本文就学校篮球队管理中的措施和经验与各位同仁探讨和交流。

| Abstract: | Basketball team in vocational high school is increasing,so how to further improve the management of basketball team is an issue basketball coaches should consider.In practice,we effectively promote the development of school basketball through the coach’s exemplifying guidance and the establishment of common goals.This paper aims to exchange ideas with colleagues based on the measures and experience of school basketball team. |
