| 摘 要： | 司法伦理道德建设是我国社会主义精神文明建设和政治文明建设的重要组成部分。在社会主义法制建设不断进步、完善的今天，作为司法主体的司法人员，其职业伦理道德水平的高低，直接影响到法律的尊严、人民的利益和国家的形象。加强对司法人员的管理教育和监督制约，提高司法人员的职业道德素养，对司法人员准确、规范地行使自己的职责。充分体现法律的正义、公平和公正、具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Building of judicial ethics and morals is an important component part of the building of socialist spiritual and political civilization in our country. Today the building of socialist legal system in our country is steadily improving and perfecting. As the judicial main body is the judicial staff and the higher or lower levels of their professional ethics and morals will directly influence the sanctity of the law, people's interests and the national image. So we must strengthen the administration and education and the supervision and restriction on judicial staff and raise the professional-ethics quality of the judicial staff, and it is of very great actual importance for the judicial staff to perform their own official functions exactly and regularly and fully reflect the justice, fairness and impartiality of the law. |
