| 摘 要： | "一刀切"的教学内容、教学进度和教学手段很难兼顾每位学生,不利于从整体上提高教学质量和教学效果,也不利于学生体育兴趣的培养.分层分组教学模式是根据学生在身体素质、专项技术水平、选课动机以及对篮球的认识等方面存在较大的差异而设计的.在我校篮球选项班分层分组实验教学中,我们合理调整教学内容与教学进度,采用不同的教学手段,针对学生的个体差异因材施教,结果表明:分层分组教学模式可以充分调动了每位学生的积极性,极大地提高了学生的身体素质与专项技术水平,教学效果显著提高.
