| 摘 要： | 宪法自颁布实施以来，在我们的社会生活中一直发挥着重要的作用。然而宪法的实施还有许多问题。本文通过对违宪审查所遇各科法律障碍的分析，提出了进一步完善我国违宪审查制度的一些浅见。

| Abstract: | Since the constitution was put into enforcement, it has played an important role in our life. However, there are still a lot of problems in the enforcement of the constitution. The author puts forward some brief views in further perfecting our examination system to the violation of the constitution by analyzing different kinds of law obstacles in examining the unconstitutional acts. |
