| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验法研究了粒度、提取时间以及乙醇浓度3个因素对野生萹蓄中总黄酮含量的影响.结果表明：野生萹蓄总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件是粒度≤0.5mm,提取时间为60 min,乙醇浓度为60％.在最佳条件下,野生萹蓄中总黄酮含量稳定在7.29％以上.

| Abstract: | An orthogonal test table was used to indentify the quality of total flavanoid on the factors of diameter, exacting time and alcohol concentration of wild Polygonum Aviculare. On the basis of orthogonal test, the optimum technological condition was material diameter 40.5mm, fermentation time 60min,alcohol concentration 60%. On the best condition, the total flavanoid in Wild Polygonum Aviculare is higher than 7.29 % steadily. |
