摘 要: | 分析了目前太阳能行业发展对光伏人才的需求,从培养目标、培养模式及培养标准等方面讨论了太阳能光伏技术背景下自动化人才的培养方案.提出了培养多层次具有光伏技术应用背景的自动化专业人才,开拓学生的就业渠道,服务地方经济发展.

Abstract: | The demand for talents in the solar industry is analyzed. The talent training scheme of automa- tion professional under the background of photovoltaic technology is discussed from training objective, training mode and training standard. To train the multi--level automation professional talents is proposed with photovoltaic technology application background. This training scheme can develop the students" employment channels and service the local economy development. |
