| 摘 要： | 我国的社会主义现代化不能脱离当代世界环境变化的现实和趋势，应当自觉地，积极地加入到世界的地列之中。中国的社会发展是世界历史不可缺少的组成部分，世界的发展为中国的社会发展提供了有利的条件和机遇。生产的世界性是一个国家内部的各种矛盾运动同世界的整体发展联系在一起的。一个国家的国际交往水平越高，交往关系越普遍，其发展速度也越快。一个国家要想具有较强的竞争力，就必须适应世界发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The socialist modernization in China can not separate from the analysis for the reality and trend of the change of the modern world environment, and should consciously and actively join in the world history. The social development in China is the inseparable parts of the development of the world history. The world development provides advantageous conditions and opportunity for the social development in China. The nature of the world for production interweaves the various contradictory movements in a country with the whole world development. The higher the level of the international communication in a country is and the more widespread communication relationship, the higher its development is. A country has to fit in with the needs of the world market if it wants to have a higher competitive forces. |
