摘    要:耗散结构是一种在时间、空间或功能上有序的充满活力的结构,把学校变成耗散结构有利于学校的发展;而学校的封闭式管理,破坏了耗散结构形成的条件,不能使学校成为耗散结构,不适合用于学校的管理。

Abstract:Dissipation structure is a dynamic and self-organized system of time, space or function. Enlightened by the theory of dissipation structure in the course of school management, it is advantageous to have a school as a dissipation structure. However, the closure management in school will destroy the conditions available for the creation of dissipation structure, so it is not suitable to be put into the operation of school management.
