| Abstract: | In engineering colleges the freshmen, who are developing and changing their psychology greatly, have the
characteristics of their own although they have psychological. generality as same as college students have. Understanding the
reason of their psychological characteristics and studying the corresponding countermeasure are an important foundation on
which the qualified talents can be trained in the 21st century. |
