| 摘 要： | 当前，我国农村经济已进入一个新的发展阶段，其中农村剩余劳动力增多，转移难度加大，是这一阶段的一个重要特征。针对这一特点，根据《中国农村劳动力就业与流动状况调查分析》的有关数据。在对西部地区农村劳动力剩余状况、特点、制约因素进行科学分析的基础上，提出思路与对策。

| Abstract: | At present, our rural economy has come to a new stage, but rural surplus laborers increase, and they are difficul to be transformed, which is a significant character at this stage. As to this, according to relevant data from Survey and Analysis On Chinese Rural Laborer Employment and Transience, the author puts forward the thinking and policy, after scientifically analyzing the condition, characters, and reasons of western rural laborers. |
