| 摘 要： | 以现代社会的发展及人的现代化素质培养要求作为出发点,分析研究了至今以来,理论界对体育本质研究中具有代表性的几种观点及存在的问题,借助于现代科学理论和方法,对体育的本质进行多角度审视和思考,同时对体育本质的界定提出了自己的看法和根据。

| Abstract: | Starting with the development of the modern society and demands of the cultivation of modern diathesis of people, several representational standpoints of the theoretical circles in the study of sport essence and the existing problems to this day were analyzed and studied. Recurring to theories and methods of the modern science, the survey and consideration of sport essence were made from many sides. At the same time opinions of defining sport essence were put forward, and so was its basis. |
