| 摘 要： | 通过设置较系统的社会保障统计指标体系,利用数理统计方法建立模型,并结合洛阳地区实际数据进行实证分析,得出社会保障与经济发展不平衡的结论,这对我市社会保障事业的发展与政府决策具有一定的启示作用.
