| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、数理统计等方法对广东省高职院校体育教师的职业心态和发展需求状况进行了分析,探讨体育教师专业发展动力、需求等,提出了加强广东省高职院校体育教师培训和发展的措施,以期进一步提高广东省高职院校体育教学水平。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper made analysis on occupational attitude and development requirement of physical education teachers in higher vocational college in Guangdong province,discuss the motivation and requirement of their professional development and put forward the measurement of teacher's training.The main purpose is to improve the level of physical education teaching. |
