| 摘 要： | 本文分析并比较了三种技术导入模式即技术购买、技术联盟和技术并购的技术效果。市场机制作用下的技术购买适用于“文件化”的明示技术的导入，具有间断、静态的特点；技术联盟则可实现连续而动态的技术导入，适用于“过程性”的隐含技术的导入；以导入技术为目的技术并购具有时间短、对目标技术控制程度高的优点，但所需初始投资较大。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed and compared the difference among the three technological sourcing modes, i.e. the technological purchase, technological alliances and technology-motivated M&A. This thesis describes that technological purchase with discontinuous and static process, is a transaction through technological market. It is suitable for sourcing explicit and codified technology while technological alliances may acquire process and implicit technology continuously. The technology-motivated M&A may acquire the technology with high control over the target technology in a short time. However, it involves in high initial investment. |
