| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化进程的推进,高校毕业生的就业问题已成为高校、各级政府和社会亟须破解的难题。近几年,各级政府相继出台了一些关于高校毕业生就业的政策,也有一些鼓励高校毕业生创业的措施,但整体上还没有形成完整的创业服务体系。要构建政府主导的高校毕业生创业服务体系,一是成立高校毕业生创业服务中心,统筹规划高校毕业生创业工作;二是建立一批有一定规模、有相关政策配套的＂一站式＂高校毕业生创业园区,为创业提供全方位的服务;三是进一步加强对高校毕业生优惠政策的支持力度;四是加强对创业尤其是高校毕业生创业的舆论支持;五是完善社会保障体系的配套支持。

| Abstract: | With the advance of the popularization of our country＇ s higher education, the employment of the graduates has become a difficult question to be urgently solved by the colleges and universities, governments at various levels and the society. For recent years, with regard to this question, the governments have successively given some policies and taken some measures to encourage the graduates to do pioneering works, but on the whole, a complete service system has not been constructed yet. For the construction of the service system the government leads, it is necessary to ： 1. build the service center and plan as a whole for the graduate＇ s pioneering; 2. build a batch of ＇ one step type＇ graduate＇ s pioneering parks of certain scope coordinated by concerned policies to provide all - round service for pioneering;3, further strengthen the support force for offering preference policy to the graduates;4. strengthen the public opinion support for pioneering, especially for the graduates＇ engineering; 5. perfect the matched support to the social security system. |
