| 摘 要： | 非英语国家的学生学习英语缺乏的是真实的语言环境，这对于语言学习来说是一个致命的弱点。高速发展的现代信息技术，在教育改革中起到了越来越重要的作用。本文探讨了如何利用现代信息技术为学习者构建一个理想的语言学习环境，提高英语学习的效率的问题。

| Abstract: | One of the obstacles of learning English for the non - English speaker is that they lack of real language environment. However, the rapid development of modem information technology is playing a more and more important role in the education reform. The paper focuses on how to improve the effectiveness of English learning by providing an ideal language environment through modem information technology. |
