反馈频次对羽毛球技能学习效果的影响

摘    要:采用文献资料、实验和数理统计等研究方法,探讨不同反馈频次对羽毛球初学者发高远球技能学习效果的影响。结果显示:高频次反馈信息更利于羽毛球立即表现学习成绩的提高;低频次反馈信息更有助于提高羽毛球延迟保留学习效果。提示:在羽毛球技能学习的初始阶段和矫正错误动作练习中,应采用高频次反馈信息;在动作技能由分化向自动化转变的学习过程中,应采用低频次反馈信息。

Abstract:The research methods of literature,experiments,mathematical statistics etc.were used to inquire into the effect of the different feedback frequencies on the results of badminton beginners' skill learning of serving high clear.The findings are as follows: high-frequent feedback of information is better for immediately expressing the improvement of learning results of badminton,while low-frequent feedback of information is better for improving the effect of delayed and reserved learing of badminton.It pointed out that in the initial phase of badminton skill learing and in the exercise to rectify wrong movements,it is necessary to utilize high-frequent feedback information;and in the learning process of motion skill changing from split to automation,it is necessary to utilize low-frequent feedback information.
