| Abstract: | Intelligence ability in reading in English refers to the intelligence the that readers need in reading in English. It embodies the abilities in guessing the meaning of the words, inferring, judging and generalizing, which plays a decisive role in solving reading comprehension problems. Skill ability in reading in English refers to the skills the readers use in reading in English. It evolves eye span, reading habits, reading methods etc. This article tries to analyze and expound the roles of the intelligence and skills in reading in English. |
