| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校毕业生就业改革的深化 ,给人才的优化配置与合理流动提供了广阔前景 ,同时在一定范围内以“双向选择 ,自主择业”的就业方式下 ,毕业生就业面临严峻的形势 ,加强对毕业生就业前的思想教育 ,引导他们正确认识社会 ,毕业后到祖国最需要的地方去 ,对于保持高校的稳定 ,促进高校的改革和发展 ,达到人才资源的优化配置 ,将是高校毕业生思想教育面临的一个新问题。

| Abstract: | The deepening reform of college graduates employment system offers a wide prospect for the optimal distribution and the rational mobility of talented personnel. Meanwhile, In certain area, the principle of two-way choice and self-employment poses a serious problem to graduates in terms of employment. To strengthen the pre-employment education of the graduates, help them to have a better understanding of society and go to work in the places where they are most needed so as to maintain the stability of colleges, promote the reform and development of colleges and optimize the distribution of human resources, will be a new problem facing the ideological education of college students in institutions of higher learning. |
