| 摘 要： | 教师素质是教育改革成败的一个决定性因素，把教师教育作为一个主要内容抓紧抓好，是提高全民素质，贯彻素质方针的根本保证。以教师技能训练作为教师职前教育的一个重要内容进行理论研究和实践探索，对师范生面对未来教育，参与社会竞争和献身教育事业，促进教育发展，具有一定的现实意义。
