| 摘 要： | 科研型教师是指既从事教学又承担科研任务的教师。针对湖北省高校科研型教师队伍现存的成就感偏低、培训不足、人才流失等问题，对高校科研型教师队伍的发展进行了探索性的研究．提出了管理创新与资源共享等相关对策。

| Abstract: | Scientific-research-oriented teachers refer to the ones doing both teaching and scientific research work.Aiming at the problems concerning the teachers' contingent in Hubei Province,such as low feeling of success,inadequate training and talent drain,the author studied the development of the college scientific-research-oriented teachers' contingent and proposed relative countermeasures such as innovation of management and share of resources in order to provide reference for the management of the scientific-research-oriented teachers in other provinces and cities. |
